The round pipe intersecting-line cutting machine is used to cut various pipes made of carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials, and is widely used in the industries of pressure vessel, pipe processing, grid structure, steel structure, marine engineering, petroleum pipeline, etc.

Product models can be selected according to the cutting technology, specifically, the three-axis steel pipe cutting equipment is used for those requiring no groove cutting due to pipe wall, the four-axis cutting equipment for those with end groove in the steel structure industry and those with manifold opening but requiring no groove, the five-axis cutting equipment for the manifold and branch pipe requiring grooves in the pipeline and pressure vessel industry, and the six-axis cutting equipment for pipes with a large diameter and poor roundness, which require the testing equipment to be installed additionally. The groove cutting is not recommended for the steel pipe with a wall below 4 mm since the effect of groove cutting is not obvious and the purchase cost is high. The effective cutting length of the equipment is generally selected according to the length of the steel pipe of the raw material purchased.

★ With then independently-developed pipe optimization numerical control system, AutoCAD engineering design drawing can be directly generated into the standard G code, enabling the three-dimensional simulation operation, node deployment, super-long pipe splitting, pipe optimization, etc., and supporting very strong software compatibility with EGES, DXF, SAT and STL. Meanwhile, the upgrade is free and covers the whole service life, and properties can be modified according to user's technological requirements.

★ The machine can be directly programmed through Yanhua industrial computer, and the cutting parameters such as outer diameter, wall thickness, groove angle, deviation and compensation data can be input through menu selection. In addition, seamless connection can be achieved with KASRY professional pipe cutting application.
